Almost all the Peanuts characters are seduced by Schroeder's playing at one time or another. Here Mendelssohn's "Spinning Song" entices Snoopy, whose "mmmm" finally magically blossoms into the composer's name. Snoopy occupies the special space on top of the piano often reserved for Beethoven's bust. The "Spinning Song" is a favorite of child prodigies.
